The people who create Malvína ♥

This is our team for both branches! In the school year 2025/2026 you will meet several new faces here, mainly thanks to the transformation of the Křižíkova branch from a nursery into a kindergarten. We also have a new teacher for the preschoolers. We always select experienced teachers who speak several languages, share our values, and fit well into the team. We provide everyone with regular training and courses, and they also have access to a special education teacher who is one of our external partners.

We have quite a few of those, but you won’t find them in the group photo – they help us with organizing after-school clubs, substituting in case of illnesses, or with extra services such as speech therapy or counseling for sleep disorders.

Náš tým pedagogů a asistentů ve školce pro školní rok 2025-2026
Od roku 2026 je novou paní ředitelkou Mgr. Jana Bezecná

Mgr. Jana Bezecná
Director of Malvína

Jana has been leading our kindergarten since spring 2026, and if you come for a tour, you will very likely meet her and experience her warm approach and open communication firsthand. She brings more than 18 years of experience in education, from working as a classroom teacher to holding senior leadership roles in both public and private schools. She is also a wonderful fit for our team thanks to her international experience, including courses such as Smart Teachers Play More in Iceland and Learning for Life in the 21st Century in Barcelona.

Nela, Zástupkyně ředitelky školky

Nela Haberland
Deputy Director

Nela has been with us for more than 7 years. She first worked her way up from a nanny to branch manager and now to vice principal. She studied archaeology-history and even taught history for a while before discovering the joy of working with the youngest children, which eventually led her to Malvína

Lucie, finanční manžerka školky Malvína

Lucie Bystroňová
Financial Director

The grey eminence of the entire kindergarten – without Lucie we wouldn’t last a month! Most parents only know her through emails or phone calls, and if it weren’t for this photo, they wouldn’t even know what she looks like. Thanks to Lucie, our invoicing, contracts, equipment purchases, and all the complex administration run smoothly.

Křižíkova Branch

Blue Class

Pedagožka My, ze školky Malvína pobočka Křižíkova

Le Ngoc My Dang
Teacher

May has one superpower few would expect from a kindergarten teacher – an incredible talent for dance, which has led her to teach Street Dance since 2017. Although she usually works with older children up to the age of 16, even our youngest Malvins enjoy her playful dance activities. Thanks to her experience with summer camps, she gives children a great deal of trust and plenty of space for creativity.

Školní asistentka Karolína z pobočky Křižíkova

Karolína Lubasová
School assistant

In the Blue Class you will also find one of our most experienced assistants, who worked for years as a nanny in several international nurseries. At Malvína, she has been working with our youngest since 2023 and is constantly developing her skills through various courses – from English to social work.

Farrah, školní asistentka z pobočky školky Malvína Křižíkova

Farah Ibraheem
School assistant

Farah is fulfilling her dream with us! She has an engineering degree from Tartous University, but she always felt drawn more to children than to office work. Her kind nature and loving approach convinced us to train her in the Malvína system and offer her the role of teaching assistant.

Sokolovská (Futurama) Branch

Red Class

Daniela Nikoletta ze školky Malvína

Daniela Nicoletta
Teacher

What kind of international institution would we be without having an Italian on board? Daniela is one of our most experienced teachers, with 12 years of experience in international Montessori kindergartens and the ABC Academy Preschool. At Malvína, she leads her own ECO ART program, where she introduces the Malvins to advanced art techniques and art history.

Pedagožka Eva ze školky Malvína

Eva Fiury
Teacher

Eva also ranks among the most experienced, thanks to her many years in kindergartens, children’s groups, and private family childcare. Together with Daniela, they have been a well-coordinated team for years, and their class consistently achieves excellent results by the end of each school year.

Ayu, školní asistentka ze školky Malvína

Ayu Nurdiyani
School assistant

Ayu is a wonderful assistant, always greeting you with a smile, and her calm aura also reflects on the children. She comes from Indonesia, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and worked for over 10 years at a government institution in public relations. Her life changed when she joined a project focused on children’s education, where she decided to dedicate herself to working with the little ones.

Green Class

Pedagožka Nikola ze zelené třídy školky Malvína

Nikola Fišerová
Teacher

One of our newest team members – Nikola joined us in the 2024–2025 school year. She has experience from a public kindergarten and previously worked in children’s groups and after-school care. From the very first moment, we knew we were on the same page, sharing the same outlook on teaching and values.

Pedagožka Tereza ze zelené třídy školky Malvína

Tereza Radová
Teacher

Listing all of Tereza’s experience, courses, and certificates would take quite a while: she has worked in public kindergartens, led children’s clubs, and has just started studying Preschool and Extracurricular Pedagogy at the European College. Her active nature is highlighted by the fact that she sings with her own band and is also a regular actress at the Kampa Theatre.

Beatrice je usměvavá asistentka pedagoga v Zelené třídě

Beatrice Estico
School assistant

Beatrice has been gaining experience in teaching children aged 4 and up since 2022. She worked as a teaching assistant at a Montessori school in the Seychelles, as an au pair, and as an English teacher for an Italian family and at a tutoring centre in Prague. She has a deep passion for teaching and guiding children through play. She is currently completing a degree in International Law.

Orange Class

Pedagožka Tetiana, oranžová třída školky Malvína

Tetiana Sakal
Teacher

We were fortunate to bring Tetiana on board from another Prague kindergarten, where she worked as a teacher for 2 years. She studied music and, thanks to her love for it, also worked as a music teacher at an elementary school. We really appreciate that she uses music as a tool to develop imagination and self-confidence, which perfectly aligns with Malvína’s philosophy.

Školní asistent Justin

Justin Warman
School assistant

Justin is originally from Canada and traveled half the world before settling in the Czech Republic. He lived in Canada, England, and Spain, so you can look forward to great English and French, which he also teaches. He holds a diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, and has been working at Malvína since 2024.

Without Whom It Wouldn’t Work

Olga Hakenová
Caretaker

Parents don’t see Olga much, but the children see her every day – and absolutely love her! She prepares their snacks and serves our famous lunches. She also takes care of the overall running of the kindergarten and helps keep everything in perfect condition. She’s been with us since the very beginning!

Bára, naše velká pomocnice

Bára Smetanová
Helper at Malvína

We are supporting Bára in her integration into everyday life. At Malvína, she is in charge of small cleaning tasks or preparing bed linen before nap time. She studied Social Care – Nursing and has previously worked as a helper in a kindergarten, assisting with outdoor activities.

External Collaborators

Pauline-Saint Čabrada
Certified Sleep Coach

The mission of a certified Sleeping Coach® is to help children (0 to 6 years old) develop healthy sleep and rest habits they need and deserve for their growth – through a gradual, gentle, and proven approach.

We never let your child cry it out; instead, we gently guide them to learn the skills needed to fall asleep independently. Pauline will work with you to create an individual sleep plan tailored to your child’s age, health, temperament, parents’ lifestyle, and family dynamics.

Alena Kozlerová
Special Education Teacher

Alena is always here when a more significant problem arises that requires special care. She provides support for children with difficulties in the area of cognitive functions, offers behavioral support, and performs diagnostics in cases of non-standard behavior.

She also advises parents on prevention and re-education, in our case mainly motor function disorders. She offers family counseling and crisis intervention as well. She works primarily online and consults with all our caregivers and preschool staff, which ensures that children’s behavior and development are continuously monitored. Of course, if necessary, consultations can also be arranged individually.
